ポジション概要
現在、当社の国際営業チームに加わり、展示会運営やODM顧客開拓を担当していただけるInternational Sales & Exhibition Specialist（国際営業・展示会担当者）を募集しています。
このポジションでは、国内外の展示会に出展し、グローバルなビジネス展開を支える重要な役割を担います。
私たちと共に、世界中のパートナーと共創し、より多くの市場に価値を届けるチャンスを提供します。

主な業務内容
展示会参加と代表業務：日本、ヨーロッパ、アメリカ、東南アジア等、世界各地の主要な展示会に出展し、当社の製品やソリューションを紹介します。
ODM顧客開拓および管理：B2B ODM顧客やディストリビューターとの新規ビジネス開発・関係構築・維持を行います。
営業プレゼンテーション・契約交渉：海外バイヤーに対する製品プレゼンテーションを行い、契約交渉を進めていきます。
プロジェクト管理：デザインおよび製造チームと密接に連携し、ODMプロジェクトの進行をサポートします。
展示会後のフォローアップ：展示会後のリード管理、顧客データのCRM更新などを通じて、ビジネス機会を最大化します。
市場インサイトの提供：新しい市場動向を把握し、製品開発および事業拡大に向けた戦略的提案を行います。
受注管理：受注から納品までの過程をしっかり管理し、品質や納期の確保を行います。

応募資格
商業、国際貿易または関連分野の学士号以上。
英語流暢（ビジネスレベル）。日本語ができる方は優遇。
国際営業、輸出業務、または展示会関連業務の経験が2年以上ある方。
優れたコミュニケーション能力と交渉スキル。
国際出張に対応可能（約20〜30%の勤務時間）。
デザイン、ライフスタイル製品、および異文化協力に対する情熱をお持ちの方

Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and proactive International Sales & Exhibition Specialist to join our growing international business team. In this role, you’ll represent our company at key trade shows and work on building strong relationships with ODM customers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and a love for home products to take their career to the next level.

 

Key Responsibilities
Trade Show Representation: Attend and represent the company at key international trade shows in Japan, Europe, the U.S., Southeast Asia, and beyond.
Client Development: Build and nurture B2B ODM customer relationships and collaborate with distributors to drive growth.
Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Present and negotiate with overseas buyers to create new business opportunities.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the design and production teams to bring ODM projects to life.
Post-Show Follow-Up: Manage lead screening and CRM updates after each trade show to ensure no opportunities are missed.
Market Insights & Business Development: Provide valuable insights into market trends, helping to guide product development and business expansion.
Order Management: Oversee order processing, ensuring timely execution and coordinating with teams to meet deadlines and quality expectations.

Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
Fluent in English (business level), Japanese skills are a plus.
Minimum 2 years of experience in international sales, export, or trade show-related work.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel internationally (about 20–30% of the time).
Passion for design, lifestyle products, and working across different cultures.
