Position Overview
We are currently looking for an International Sales & Exhibition Specialist to join our international sales team and take charge of exhibition management and ODM customer development.
In this position, you will exhibit at domestic and international exhibitions and play an important role in supporting global business development.
Together, we will create opportunities to co-create with partners around the world and deliver value to more markets.
Main business activities
Exhibition Participation and Representation: We will exhibit at major exhibitions around the world, including Japan, Europe, America, and Southeast Asia, to introduce our products and solutions.
ODM Customer Development and Management: Develop new business, build and maintain relationships with B2B ODM customers and distributors.
Sales presentations and contract negotiations: We will make product presentations to overseas buyers and proceed with contract negotiations.
Project Management: We work closely with the design and manufacturing teams to support the progress of your ODM project.
Post-exhibition follow-up: Maximize business opportunities through post-exhibition lead management, customer data update to CRM, and more.
Providing market insights: Understanding new market trends and making strategic recommendations for product development and business expansion.
Order management: We strictly manage the process from order to delivery to ensure quality and delivery deadlines.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree or higher in Commerce, International Trade or related field.
Fluent in English (business level). Japanese proficiency preferred.
At least two years of experience in international sales, export business, or exhibition-related work.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Able to travel internationally (approximately 20-30% of the time).

Key Responsibilities

Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with the design and production teams to bring ODM projects to life.
Post-Show Follow-Up : Manage lead screening and CRM updates after each trade show to ensure no opportunities are missed.
Market Insights & Business Development : Provide valuable insights into market trends, helping to guide product development and business expansion.
Order Management : Oversee order processing, ensuring timely execution and coordinating with teams to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
Fluent in English (business level), Japanese skills are a plus.
Minimum 2 years of experience in international sales, export, or trade show-related work.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel internationally (about 20–30% of the time).
Passion for design, lifestyle products, and working across different cultures.
